Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide the alcohol, or do we supply it?

We offer a bartender-only service, which means you supply the alcohol and we handle everything else—including mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar tools. If you need help building a shopping list, we’re happy to guide you based on your guest count and cocktail menu.

What’s included in your bartending package?

All packages include licensed bartending staff, pre-event consultation, alcohol shopping list, custom event bar menu, cups, straws, napkins, basic bar set-up with bartending supplies, beverage dispensers & coolers. We can also provide an upgrade bar setup for an extra fee or customize the package depending on your event needs.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and carry general and liquor liability insurance. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance (COI), we’ll provide it at no extra charge.

How do you prevent underage drinking?

We take this very seriously. All guests who appear under 30 will be asked for valid ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without proper identification or who appears intoxicated. We have a zero tolerance policy on this.

Can we extend service time the day of the event?

Yes, service can be extended based on availability. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments up to 2 hours and must be approved by the host at the event.

Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our event?

Absolutely! We love helping clients create signature cocktails that reflect their theme, vibe, or personal favorites.

Do you offer white-label service (no logo/branding)?

Yes. We can operate under a neutral setup with no branding, ideal for luxury or corporate events where discretion is preferred. There is a white-label service fee if this is required.

Do you bring the bar and setup, or do we need to provide it?

We offer mobile bar rentals and bring everything needed for full bar service. If you already have a setup, we’re happy to use yours.

Can you accommodate mocktails or non-alcoholic events?

Definitely! We can provide a full mocktail menu that’s just as festive and delicious. Ideal for baby showers, teen parties, wellness events, and corporate daytime functions.

How many bartenders do we need for our event?

We recommend 1 bartender for up to 65  guests for basic service. For high-volume or signature drink events, we may suggest additional staff to ensure fast, smooth service.

Can we tip the bartenders ahead of time or build it into the bill?

Yes, gratuity can be added to your invoice so your guests don’t need to worry about it. We also allow optional tip jars unless otherwise requested.

What happens if a guest is overly intoxicated?

We serve responsibly. If a guest appears overly intoxicated, we’ll stop service and notify the host discreetly. Safety comes first for everyone.

Do we need a liquor license or permit for our event?

This depends on your location and venue. Private residences typically don’t require a permit, but public spaces or parks often do. We’re happy to help you check local requirements.

Do you clean up after the bar service?

Yes, we clean our area, remove trash we’ve generated, and break down the bar setup. We leave the bar space clean and tidy at the end of service. But while we clean up we do not haul the trash away.

Do you offer tastings before the event?

Yes! Tastings are available as an add-on service. They're perfect if you want to fine-tune your cocktail menu in advance. Limited to a total of 3 individuals.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due 14 days before the event. Full details are included in your contract.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks ahead, especially for peak seasons. Some dates fill up quickly, so the sooner the better!
